Okay, so this thing seems to be inapprioprate to say after a three and a half years of not writing a thing in this group, but what else should I say? I'm back, more or less, and after seeing how this group is still working properly thanks to MMtheMayo and Silvera-chan and of course our members, who still submit their stuff to us, I decided to take care of it once more.

I would like to ask you, dear members, what do you think about D. Gray-man in general? Manga, anime - I would like to know your oppinions! Write down your feelings!

-Finally back, LiveDreamer, aka no-enjayment!

Welcome back :)

Ok, since you asked....beware of fangasms in the following text ;)

I LOVE D. Gray-man!
It's one of the best mangas I've ever read. The characters are well-built, their motivations relatable (once you get to know their backstories) their actions consistent. And the main character is the most lovable thing ever created. The story starts relative moderate with this stereotype good vs. evil setting. But this changes gradually as you learn about Allen's background and his bonds to the noah family, as well as what the church is commiting for the fight against 'evil' (Kanda backstory ;_; ). I personally like it very much, when stereotypes get scrambled around, leaving the reader clueless about who is evil, who is good.  And as the story evolves, Hoshino-sensei's art does as well <3

This manga is a hell of a ride, seriously.

I also like the anime adaption, although I think it starts a bit slow. But I think they did a great job on it. The soundrack is pretty nice as well (14th's melody <3)

I hope that one day it all will continue  :iconcomebackplz:
